As a woman who faced endometriosis, infertility and burnout, Audrey knows how important health is to our wellbeing, fulfilment and success. Through her work at Lotus Power Health, she empowers women with their health through the use of a proven 5 steps system that was developed through years of coaching, called The Optimised Woman Formula. Audrey believes that every woman needs to be the CEO of her health, and it’s her mission to share the tools and techniques that will allow women around the world, and their daughters, to do just that.

“What I like about Audrey’s work that she is always very calm and balanced, and that she always is a voice of wisdom in a chaotic world.  I have the feeling women tend to spread their energy everywhere but Audrey aims to focus us women on what we really are good at.  To bring us back to our own selves and to bring the belief in our own abilities.

It was a real pleasure to work with Audrey, she is very determined on the client’s success, very committed and always tries to keep you more aware of your life and everything you do.  She lifts your own value in your own eyes.

This is amazing for every woman and mother!”

– Tsitaliya Mircheva-Petrova, Zürich (Switzerland) Mom in Heels

“I started working with Audrey due to fertility challenges – my husband and I had been trying to have a baby for over 3 years.  I thought we had tried it all, but after talking to Audrey, I realized her very different approach took into account things I hadn’t even considered.

There is something magical about having someone who is there for you, who can pick you up when you fall, who can help you see things in a whole new light.

In this delicate and trying time, she was always able to show empathy, compassion, and a deep knowledge of the mystery of the female body.  I feel fortunate to have worked with Audrey and highly recommend her to embark on this journey of healing with you!”

“I have been long diagnosed with PCOS and didn’t have any particular symptom or problem until my early 30s (apart from slightly difficult skin and a slight tendency to gain weight).  Since then, that is the last 10-12 years, I have been battling with very low energy, joints and muscle pain, huge weight gain, and general bad health. Moreover, I have a long family history of low-functioning thyroid.

I’ve had for long the idea that addressing my nutrition would help me but I was feeling lost as to what I should do.  The problem for me was not so much as finding information  but knowing which information to trust (so many contradictions!) and knowing where to source what I needed.  In this respect Audrey’s help has been invaluable as she was able to suggest changes and tweaks to fit in with my lifestyle and resources. Audrey’s input did not stop at diet changes, but addressed my whole lifestyle which is very important when you are dealing with stress.

Two things in particular resonated greatly with me: one, that it is not necessary to make big changes all in one go, and indeed, very easy changes ( that lemon-chili infusion in the morning for example!) can and have brought with them a feeling of well-being that prompted me to carry on.  Two, the push I needed to be more consistent in my relaxation/meditation approach, and indeed, stress-freeing techniques are one of the most powerful means to bring on positive change quickly.

Since starting on the program, although I haven’t yet managed to implement all suggested changes for a long time, I sleep better, my tummy works better, and for the first time in years, I have lost weight – a very small amount at the moment, but I lost without being “on a diet” and I am thoroughly enjoying all the changes in my diet.

I have gained a new outlook in life and I plan to stay on this path.”
