About the Speaker

Simona Kuna teaches Yoga, Pilates, and Tune Up Fitness®.  She has a broad background in movement in various sports and dance.  Simona graduated from YogaWorks 200-hour and 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training, Pilates Academy International as a Pilates Mat instructor, Yoga Tune Up® Teacher Training Level 1 and The Roll Model® Method.  She continues to deepen her professional movement and anatomical skills through continuing education.

Simona discovered Tune Up Fitness® in New York and it was the perfect match.  It provides effective relaxation and building up of strength in an efficient and smart way.  It is the part of training that completes and enhances wellbeing and performance.  It was clear for her that she wanted to pass this on and give her students the chance to feel better in their bodies too.
